It is said that the taste of bread is the taste of life. If you want to find out what it is like – come to Žaliūkiai village miller’s farmstead, where you will be kindly received by the hostess. Today fragrant, naturally matured, homemade bread will be baked! Sitting by the heat-filled oven, you will hear the story of the difficult journey of the bread: from sowing to a table covered with a white tablecloth. You will learn about the bread-making traditions, customs and rituals of the peasant household, learn how to use bread baking oven, you will knead dough, bake and taste bread.
For 1–12 grade students.
The price of the education is 70 Eur. II–V after 5 pm, VI–VII after 4 pm the price will be 100 Eur (no discounts). Additional hour – 50 Eur.
For groups of up to 30 people.
Education can be conducted in English and Russian.
