The perceiver can accept a well-aimed and witty joke accompanied by a loud hahahaha and chachacha bl, and here in art jokes are usually used as a way to talk about difficult or even outwardly intangible problems. questions. Well, a little smile at the corners of the lips is like a bonus after eye contact with the work. Pompidou-obsessed ladies rocking amber sausage necklaces make their way to the wine table. Somewhere in the corner, while sipping brandy bought cheaply from Lidl, the fathers discuss the results of yesterday's elections, every now and then they take out a piece of sulfur from their ear, put it in their pocket, roll it into a ball with the pads of their fingers, and it is covered with toenails clipped yesterday, all kinds of fluff and threads, buttons, pennies (like, Sieros keeps that fringe for the future - maybe we're going to some unfortunate poor joker). And the number of glasses drunk directly correlates with the goodness of the exhibition or the abundance of praise. Therefore, it is not surprising that it is customary to accompany a failed joke or art with an involuntary jerk or wiping of sweat from the forehead, a deep sigh and as if shaking oneself off - well... well, this is (joke) art. Bl... N, P and K probably only happen when I get home.
With jokes and art, it also happens that these morals become outdated, because they not only do not reflect the pulse of the times, but have been heard, known, understood and seen by everyone for a long time. Go to youtube and write "How to pull a rabbit out of a hat" and you will see all the "joke magic" unfold, and now write "How to paint a rabbit" and you will see a rabbit appear that is not really there, it's just his image. There is no rabbit in art. He is only a reference to a joke, because the artist is a prankster who pokes your eyes, jokes, checks and intrigues you, but in most cases that punch-line is missing. A good joke can bring instant relief, but good art is sometimes nowhere to help.

Although art and jokes distort reality, it still remains a reflection of it. After all, Tomas Daukša cooperation with beavers is indirect, but together they created disk lights, a kaleidoscopic world where animals and people work together. Kazimieras Brazdžiūnas, for example, became a half-naked girl and thus expects recognition from the fathers.
And anyway, what do I want to say - the subculture of pranksters has penetrated deep into society, for example: influencers, politicians, economists, passers-by, the cashier at the store or the father who pours sauerkraut with karka. We don't take all of them seriously anymore, although they hide not only a rabbit, but a certain idea that it's not even funny anymore, and maybe even a little sad, so we only smile out of necessity. Nothing sincere, nothing personal just jokes and art.

Since 2009 actively participates in group exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad, has organized personal exhibitions. Kazimieras Brazdžiūnas (b. 1991) is a painter of the young generation. in 2018 completed master's studies in painting at the Vilnius Academy of Arts. Since 2016 participates in group exhibitions, has held personal exhibitions. The work has been presented at international contemporary art fairs and other contemporary art projects. in 2021 winner of the special prize of the "Young Painter's Prize" competition. in 2018 founded the young painting platform "Kontr-argumentas", curates contemporary painting exhibitions.
