The opening event of the exhibition is in 2025 January 24, 5:00 p.m. During the opening of the exhibition, visiting the exhibition is free.

NO RETURN AFTER LEAVING…

Sigitas Prancuitis combines a collection of assemblages-altarpieces dedicated to the memory of his colleagues with the works of these artists in the exhibition „No return after leaving…”. Such attention to one’s colleagues is rare in the art world. Artists are often immersed in their creative problems, so Sigitas effort to awaken the memory of his friends, life and work companions who have gone to eternity is a very honorable gesture. Sigitas Prancuitis prolongs the lives of his colleagues with his works, awakens their ideas, and shares his thoughts with them. And it gives us the opportunity to think about the meaningful and very human synthesis of creativity and memory.

Works for this exhibition are on loan from the collections of Angelus Museum, Sigitas Prancuitis, and Ričardas Jakutis.
