In the courtyard of the public library, the small reader sculpture "Reading Child" is hidden - it is one of the smallest sculptures not only in the city of Radviliškis, but also in the country, symbolizing a carefree childhood, joy in small things. The author of the sculpture is Martynas Gaubas, a painter, sculptor, graphic designer from Radviliška, a member of the Sculpture Network and the Lithuanian Union of Artists.
There are also legends about the "Reading Child", which you can read in the booklet "The Legend of the Reading Child" published by the public library.
