The sculpture “Thunder” standing in the garden of Venclauskiai House was created by Antanas Raudonis out of admiration for the old Lithuanian culture. In 1930, the blacksmith carved a sculpture of the deity in granite. “Thunder” (Lith. Perkūnas) is a ruler sitting on a throne: a solemn posture, a noble silhouette. The author brought the huge stone for the sculpture from Žaliūkiai Village near Šiauliai.
